What Happens During the Estimate

Carlos looks over the vehicle in person at the shop, located at 1520 Washington St, Vancouver, WA 98660, and provides a straight assessment of what's needed and what it costs.

Insurance Claims

Personal Pay Repairs

Customers paying for repairs directly go through the same estimate process as insurance claims, with straightforward pricing and no upsell pressure.

What to Bring

Having the vehicle's year, make, and model on hand speeds up the estimate, along with any details about what happened to cause the damage.
